There are not many experiences that brings you closer to nature and to God than a mountain bike ride. Riding at speed along a stretch of single track, under the trees, smelling the fresh earth with only the sound of your wheels rolling on the dirt is a sensation that guarantees an addiction to the sport.
Rolling hills and the open road done with a tad of speed is what makes you tick. You find your zone while you burn the miles at a rapid rate. This is a wonderful way to maintain aerobic fitness and stay lean.
Someone once said that ‘LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR ONE SPORT”. So, why not add them all together? If you are a land animal and prefers to stay away from water, then du-athlons might be your thing. This consists of a run/cycle/run. This can be on or off-road. Or add the swim to it and go for the full triathlon.
We are all different. We have different skills, differentphysique, different limiters and different backgrounds. We all have great potential though!
It is my desire to help every rider I work with reach their full athletic potential. You have dreams and they can come true.
We achieve this through the perfect balance of training and recovery. As we are different, we react to training loads differently. Communication and information is therefore of key importance.
I follow a scientific approach to developing your full potential. But, we are not machines and even a finely tuned scientific approach to every training session does not negate the fact that we are human beings. Things happen in our daily lives and we have to adjust. Occasionally we have to deal with disappointment and pick ourselves up. And so we get stronger in the process. Since we are all overcomers.
Testimonials from our clients
“ The secret to productive goal setting is in establishing clearly defined goals, writing them down and then focusing on them several times a day with words, pictures and emotions as if we've already achieved them. ”
