My Goal

We are all different. We have different skills, differentphysique, different limiters and different backgrounds. We all have great potential though!

It is my desire to help every rider I work with reach their full athletic potential. You have dreams and they can come true.

We achieve this through the perfect balance of training and recovery. As we are different, we react to training loads differently. Communication and information is therefore of key importance.

I follow a scientific approach to developing your full potential. But, we are not machines and even a finely tuned scientific approach to every training session does not negate the fact that we are human beings. Things happen in our daily lives and we have to adjust. Occasionally we have to deal with disappointment and pick ourselves up. And so we get stronger in the process. Since we are all overcomers.
