Training Plans


This program offers improved fitness and learning basic skills and safety - on the bike and on the trail or the road. Following this you will be able to complete local races comfortably. Weight loss and a general “feel good and longevity” is an added bonus.


You are not new to cycling and have been comfortable with your performance for a while. But now you have set that new goal for yourself. And you need to get to the next level. The advanced program will get you there.


The podium knows your name and your arms have developed from all the trophy lifting. The competition is fierce and you have to remain on the edge. But, it takes extra effort and a deeper understanding and analysis of all the workings inside the machine that you are to stay ahead of the pack.

Knowledge is Power

We use an online system where all you training is administered. You have access to this at any time and can even change your calendar if necessary, as life happens.

It is important for your coach to know how you have managed to comply with the planned training. The use of a compatible heart rate monitor is a requirement for this level and all training gets uploaded to the online portal for analysis. Progress and physical adaptation gets monitored carefully on a daily basis and the plan gets updated accordingly.

Your coach will be in contact with you on a very regular basis. Skype, BBM or WhatsApp makes it easy
